Three of the new DLC pack fighters are making their debut in the Mortal Kombat arena but are favorite characters from some television show franchises. It is possible that the announcement came due to leaks online which had already led to much speculation and rumors surrounding the exact characters have now been officially confirmed. The reboot of the Mortal Kombat series doesn't even release until September 2023, yet NetherRealm Studios has already given players a look at the future DLC that is coming for the first Kombat Pack to Mortal Kombat 1. Besides the six new characters, the Kombat Pack will also include five more Kameo Fighters and a new skin for Johnny Cage that has the appearance of Jean-Claude Van Damme. The character roster for the game already includes a large number of familiar faces as well as the new Kameo Fighter feature that allows for fighters to have a companion to aid them in the battle. Mortal Kombat 1 just released exciting new trailers for the upcoming reboot of the iconic fighting game franchise, including a look at the DLC content in an upcoming Kombat Pack which will give six new characters for players to enjoy.
